In just a matter of 15-30 minutes (see schedule for exact times) this class targets the abdominal and back muscular systems giving you the upper hand on that six pack you’ve always dreamed of or, keeping that six pack you already have. Come in before or after your cardio workout!
Cycle/Spin
Known by either name this class allows the Lance Armstong in all of us to break free and experience the numerous health benefits associated with cycling in an intense (based on your individual level of intensity) and coached group environment. This class is ideal for all fitness levels as you are in control or how hard you want to work! New participants come a little early and our instructors can fit you perfectly to your bike allowing for an optimal ride.
Dance Mix
Feeling a little sassy? This class offers the chance to experience different varieties of cardio based dance such as Salsa, Hip Hop, New Age (ok maybe NOT New Age), etc. Guaranteed to be a fun way to get your cardio in while maybe giving you a few new moves to try on the dance floor, be at the club or your living room.
NIA
NIA Get fit the body’s way! Combining carefully selected movements and concepts from Yoga, Tai Chi, Tae Kwon Do, Aikido, Jazz, Modern Dance and other movement forms, Nia classes offer total-body cardiovascular conditioning and cross-training for any sport or activity. All Nia movements are adaptable and can be personalized for any level of fitness and agility. No prior training is necessary, and the music is great. Everyone is welcome, so join us for Nia!
Step Aerobics
Originally taught on a large anchored wooden box (not so much today or anytime in the past 15 years) this even newer and updated step class is sure to get your heart pumping while keeping you entertained.
Step & Lift
This is not your typical step class rather a combo between cardio and strength training allowing for all over strength and endurance and interval HR training. This class is geared to all fitness levels.

Yoga Fusion
This class is designed on the popular group fitness format for yoga enabling one to balance the mind with the body through the combination of breathing to strengthen the mind and poses aimed to strengthen and lengthen the physical body. Ahhhh!!
