Tennis Fun and Fitness Program
Mondays 6:30am to 7:30am
Mondays 5:15pm to 6:15pm Intermediate Level
Tuesdays 12:00 to 1:00 Cardio Style all levels
Wednesdays 6:30am to 7:30am
Thursdays 12:00 to 1:00 Cardio Style all levels

For men and women. Practice all your strokes, hit at targets, and play points in fun games while getting a great workout.
Cardio style is more aerobic and d one with music.
Men’s 3.5 workout Mondays 6:15 to 7:15

A great workout while helping to become a smarter doubles players. Drills and game-like situations are used to develop doubles skills and tactics.
Men’s 4.0 and above workout Wednesdays 5:30 to 6:30
$9.00 for members / $11.00 for non-members
A physically challenging class to sharpen and maintain the game for our most highly skilled players. Doubles games and drills are fast-paced, high intensity and VERY COMPETITIVE.
Men’s Night -
$4.00 for members / $14.00 for non-members
This is a drop-in event held on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Tuesdays of the month from 6:30pm to 10:00pm. Men’s Night is about meeting new players, and having a great time. You will play with players better than you, equal to you, and weaker than you. The night is hosted by our tennis pro’s who will mix you around with different players. Men’s night i s open to players of all levels. Beverages and light snacaks are included. 18 and under needs approval.
Mixed Doubles Night
$4.00 for members / $14.00 for non-members

A fun skill development class designed to improve the major shots used in tennis. Drills and games are used to teach the when, why and where of shot placement. Game-like situations are played to developed your basic doubles tactics and strategi es.
Women’s Singles Competition check for times and days
$3.00 for members / $5.00 for non-members
Move from challenger to champ and bump from court to court playing a variety of other players and game styles. A fun, energetic rotation format game for women, high school age and above.
Coed Skills and Drills
Thursdays 11:00 to 12:00 3.5 level
Saturdays 9:30am to 10:30am 3.5 and under level
Saturdays 10:30am to 11:30am 3.5 and above level
Fast Track Tennis Check for current Schedule
Free to all fitness members. Learn how to play tennis. If you or someone you know would like to learn how to play tennis, join our new four-week Fast Track Tennis Series. This class will build each week starting with the basic ground stroke techniques and progressing to more advanced plays. Space is limited so sign up soon.

Tennis ABC’s Mondays and Wednesdays 3:15-4:00
Ages 4 to 9
A terrific introduction to tennis for your child, emphasizing fun and success. Learn the basic skills used in tennis. We focus on developing hand-eye coordination and ball skill. This class will cover strokes, movement, rules and sportsmanship.
Challengers Group Mondays and Wednesdays 4:00-5:15
Ages 8 and above
This class is for those students that are beginning to play full court points, and those juniors beginning to play tou rnament tennis. fitness and movement is encouraged. Practice time is spent on developing consistency through good technique, and using it in competitive point play.
Champs Group Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:45 to 5:15
Must have Instructor consent to enroll.
This class is for those juniors playing competitive tournament tennis or playing on their high school varsity team. A challenging class to sharpen and maintain the game for our most highly skilled juniors. Lots of competitive play in both singles and doubles. Class time is spent on the refinement of technique and tactics.
